Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 20-09-2026
These terms and conditions apply to every order placed through Squishbao. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
2. Applicability
These terms apply to every agreement between Squishbao and you as a customer, to the exclusion of any of the customer's own terms. By ordering, you explicitly accept these terms.
3. Offer and formation of the agreement
All offers on this website are non-binding and apply while stocks last. Obvious mistakes or errors in an offer (e.g. a clearly incorrect price) are not binding on us. The agreement is formed at the moment you receive an order confirmation by email.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in euros, including VAT and excluding any shipping costs (see Shipping & delivery). Payment can be made via Bancontact, iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Your order is only processed once payment has been received.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are described on the Shipping & delivery page. Stated delivery times are indicative.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason. Squishbao even gives you 30 days by default, provided the item is unopened. Details and the steps to follow can be found on the Returns page.
7. Conformity and warranty
Our products meet the statutory warranty that applies to consumers within the EU: if a product is not conforming, you're entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the agreement, in accordance with the applicable rules.
8. Liability
Squishbao is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of the product, unless there is intent or gross negligence on our part. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Intellectual property
All text, images, illustrations and the design of this website are the property of Squishbao and may not be reused without permission.
10. Complaints and disputes
Do you have a complaint? Please contact us first, so we can look for a solution together. If we can't resolve it between us, you can turn to the European ODR platform for online dispute resolution.
