Not entirely satisfied? You can return your order to Squishbao up to 30 days after receipt — more generous than the legal minimum of 14 days — as long as the item is unopened and in its original packaging.

Withdrawal period

As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason. Squishbao extends this period to 30 days by default.

Conditions

  • The item is unopened and unused.
  • The item is in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • You return the item together with proof of purchase (or the order number).
Still to fill in: are there items excluded from returns (e.g. for hygiene reasons once packaging is opened)? That can be explicitly stated here.

How to return an order

  1. Contact us within 30 days via [contact details] with your order number.
  2. We'll send you instructions and, if applicable, a return address.
  3. Pack the item carefully and send it back.
Still to fill in: the specific return address, whether returns go through a return portal/form, and who covers the return shipping costs (legally this can be placed on the customer, provided that's communicated clearly beforehand).

Refunds

As soon as we've received the returned item (or proof of shipment), we refund the purchase amount within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to pay. Original shipping costs are refunded to the extent you return the entire order.

Received a damaged or wrong item?

Get in touch with us right away, and we'll find a suitable solution (replacement, repair or refund) — this falls outside the regular return timeframe and costs.

Electronic withdrawal button

Still to fill in: from 19 June 2026, EU webshops must offer an electronic withdrawal button that lets customers exercise their right of withdrawal directly from their account or order (EU directive 2023/2673). This demo shop doesn't yet have a real order/account system; once it does, this button needs to be added.
